Our client’s company specializes in providing commercial and personal lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Commercial Account Manager. This role is focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and does not involve sales, cold calling, or quotas.
Job Responsibilities
- Set pre-renewal meetings with clients
- Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Process certificates and endorsements
- Run audits and loss runs
- Re-market policies to carriers
- Present bids and estimates to clients
- Bind policies
- Handle a combination of client-facing and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial CSR or Account Manager
- Experience working in an independent agency (no appointments with captive agencies)
- Proficient in setting pre-renewal meetings, consulting with clients, answering policy and coverage questions, processing certificates and endorsements, running audits and loss runs, re-marketing policies to carriers, and binding policies
- Stable work history with no frequent job changes
- Reside within 5 miles of the office
