Our client’s company specializes in providing group benefits, commercial, and personal lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire renewal process for each account, from A-Z. This role involves cross-selling, up-selling, taking referrals, and writing new business. The focus is on building and maintaining relationships to drive referral business.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire renewal process for each account
- Cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients
- Take referrals and write new business
- Handle marketing and negotiation with carriers
- Process certificates and endorsements
- Issue ID cards and bind policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an account manager in personal lines insurance
- Familiarity with carriers such as Mutual of Enumclaw, Progressive, Nationwide, Safeco, Cincinnati, American Modern, Grainge, Travelers, CHUBB, PURE, etc.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
