Commercial Account Manager | $80K-$115K DOE+Bonus

Our client was founded over 40+ years ago as a reputable, Commercial, Group Benefits & Personal lines insurance agency. They have had very stable business, growing organically with their own producers; An attractive culture filled with experienced leadership, culture of promotion from within, team oriented, client and employee focused policies – consistently one of the Pacific Northwest’s top employers.

Their target clients include both Small & Mid Market business – targeting Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Contractors & Developers, Transportation, Manufacturing, Non Profits, Sports & Entertainment, Technology, Life Sciences, Retail and Professional Services.   

This is a company with low turnover. After training on standard operating procedures, it is expected to report to the office a couple times a week, with the opportunity to work remote a few times a week as well.   

You’ll set pre-renewal meetings, consult with clients on policy changes, re-market with carriers, get quotes, delegate the processing of certificates & endorsements to either an assistant or third party processor, and of course, bind coverages. Schedule and attend presentations, department & client meetings.  

Compensation is between $80,000 to $115,000 DOE, and also includes a strong benefits package, free parking, paid continuing education, each of the account managers in this office have designations, paid by the company.  

This is an a business you can not only retire from, but it’s often the last stop for most employees.   

Relocations will be considered.
