Our client is a leading insurance agency specializing in Commercial, Personal, Group Benefits, and Individual Benefits lines of Insurance. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Producer to join their team.
As a Commercial Producer, you will have the opportunity to generate your own prospects, establish strong relationships, consult on business needs, and close deals.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and cultivate your own prospects through networking and establishing credibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling Commercial Insurance with an independent broker
- Experience with prospecting and generating leads
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance products and services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
