As a Transportation Account Manager, you will be entrusted with renewing and reviving transportation accounts, handling incoming calls, and employing strategic approaches to upsell, renew, and reactivate accounts. Job Responsibilities
- Proactively renew and revive transportation insurance accounts.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

- Re-activate dormant accounts and engage with former clients to re-establish relationships.
- Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, specifically in the Transportation sector.
- Familiarity with carriers such as MTrust, Progressive, Great West, Northland, Canal, and Navigator.
- Strong understanding of transportation insurance policies and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
