Our client, a provider of Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Account Manager to join their team. This is a 100% service-based role, ideal for a professional who is licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) in Washington State and has experience as a Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Account Manager within an independent agency.
The role offers a unique blend of client-facing and administrative responsibilities, providing comprehensive support and consultation to clients in their insurance needs.
- Set pre-renewal meetings and consult with clients to understand and address their insurance requirements.
- Process certificates and endorsements, and conduct policy audits.
- Re-market policies to carriers, present bids and estimates, and bind policies.
- Manage a combination of client-facing and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to support client objectives and agency goals.
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) in Washington State.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Independent agency experience is required.
