Our client, a renowned provider of Commercial, Group Benefits, and Personal Lines Insurance, is actively seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their dynamic team. 

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be primarily focused on servicing existing customer requests and assisting the Producer in quoting new business. This position is ideal for those who have a knack for client service, with the opportunity to sell without the pressure of a sales quota.

Job Responsibilities
  • Service existing customer requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist the Producer in quoting and securing new business.
  • Prequalify and analyze prospects’ coverage needs, review current coverages, and recommend changes in coverage and markets.
  • Prepare rating quotes and proposals to sell new accounts.
  • Educate clients about coverage limitations and document them in the system.
  • Complete carrier applications and obtain insured signatures.
  • Handle direct billed payments and address billing questions.
  • Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims.
  • Maintain orderly electronic files and information, adhering to agency standards.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by agency management.
Qualifications
  • WA Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience with an independent agency.
  • Technology-literate and open to learning new technology systems implemented within the company.
  • Exceptional team player.
  • Must reside close enough to report daily to Lynnwood, WA.
