Job Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Preferred P&C license, but the company is willing to pay for the license for the right candidate.
- Professional, motivated, and sales-oriented individual.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly.
- Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented.
