Personal Account Representative | $60K-$70K OTE

Our client’s company is a leading provider of personal, commercial, and life insurance services. They are known for their exceptional customer service and commitment to meeting the diverse needs of their clients. Currently, they are seeking a Personal Account Representative to join their team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Preferred P&C license, but the company is willing to pay for the license for the right candidate.
  • Professional, motivated, and sales-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented.
