In this service-centric role, you’ll be the custodian of client satisfaction, managing a diverse book of business independently while collaborating seamlessly with a Producer or Account Executive.

The position offers a balanced work arrangement, blending in-office interaction with remote engagement. Your expertise will be the linchpin in nurturing client relationships, ensuring their employee benefits programs are well-managed and aligned with their expectations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Dedicated service role, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage a book of business independently, working alongside a Producer or Account Executive.
  • Cater to clients ranging from 10 to 300 lives, predominantly fully-insured groups.
  • Ensure seamless communication and service delivery, both in-person and remotely.
  • Adhere to the hybrid work schedule: in-office (downtown Seattle) on Mondays and Tuesdays, and remote work from Wednesday through Friday.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Commercial Account Management Experience, ideally within mid to large general commercial coverage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts independently, showcasing robust knowledge and professionalism.
  • No history of frequent job changes, showcasing a stable and progressive career trajectory.
  • Willingness to report to the downtown Seattle office two days per week, adapting to the hybrid work environment.
