Commercial Aviation Account Executive | $100K-$150K

Our client is a National Broker with an attractive culture, diverse with their employees, fully remote, and passionate about their niche business. Their agency is Employee and Client centric, they have a focus on work-life balance, often monitoring their employee’s workloads. They pay well, have a track record of promotion from within, and have very little turnover (other than people retiring) in the last 30 years.

Their clients range from Mid and Large Market Commercial Airlines, to all the things surrounding the Aviation business, including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Tourism, Flight Schools, Agricultural, Search & Rescue, Aerospace, Drones and personal / light commercial aircraft – so some are complex.

I’d describe them as tech savvy and forward thinking – – they are seeking someone to add to their Aviation Team, so this role would be either that of a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive – and this person would be focused both on client facing responsibilities, and leadership / project management responsibilities overseeing the renewal for a team of 2-3 Account Managers and Administrators who focus on the Carrier and Administrative (reporting, processing, claims helps, etc) parts of the renewal.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Commercial Aviation Insurance experience
  • Understanding of quota share placements
  • Track record of career stability / longevity
  • Interested in building relationships with underwriting
  • Keen interest in client service
  • Independent and self-motivated to perform


The employer will supply laptop, screens & phone app for a proper desk setup. They’ll also provided a cell phone reimbursement in lieu of providing a phone.
