Our client’s company specializes in providing Commercial Aviation Insurance services. They are currently seeking a Commercial Aviation Producer to join their team. As a small company within a niche market, our client values individuals with prior experience as a producer/consultant in the Aviation industry.
Passion for Aviation business is essential, as successful candidates often have a personal connection to the industry, such as owning and regularly flying helicopters, aircraft, or businesses related to Aviation insurance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect, vet, and close Aviation business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Aviation industry
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to Commercial Aviation Insurance
Qualifications
- Licensed Property & Casualty in all states where our client operates
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in prospecting, hunting, selling, and closing Commercial Aviation Insurance business
- Existing base of contacts in the Aviation industry is highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
