As a Sales Manager/VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in the success of the team by ensuring that all producers meet their goals and validate their accounts. You will also be involved in the training and development of new producers, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and manage a team of producers
- Provide training in prospecting, sales process, and philosophy
- Ensure all unvalidated producers validate their accounts
- Oversee sales and service pods, including account managers and administrators
- Collaborate with 14 Commercial & Group Benefits producers in WA & OR
Qualifications
- Successful and respected Commercial or Benefits producer
- Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing unvalidated producers to validation
- Strong knowledge of Commercial, Group Benefits, and Personal lines of insurance
