This pivotal role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered consistently. Based in Tacoma, this position offers a flexible working arrangement, blending in-office presence with the option to work remotely part of the week.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines accounts with a focus on maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Conduct renewal audits, market carriers for competitive quotes, and effectively manage policy alterations.
- Process certificates, endorsements, and issue ID cards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Obtain necessary signatures and bind policies, providing comprehensive support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Assist with claims processing as needed, serving as a reliable point of contact for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager within an independent brokerage environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling standard and preferred client accounts with familiarity in carriers such as Safeco, Mutual of Enumclaw, Progressive, and Liberty Mutual.
- Proficient in managing accounts remotely, with a history of operating effectively in both office and remote settings.
- Strong background in customer service within the insurance industry, with no sales or commission-based tasks.
- Must not be a captive agent from the carrier side or a life insurance sales representative, reflecting a clear focus on service.
- Experience with insurance software and technology, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
