Our client’s company specializes in providing Retirement Plans, Trust and Fiduciary services, as well as Group Medical Benefits. They are currently seeking a Client Coordinator to join their team.

As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication with clients, coordinating meetings, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring the timely delivery of client deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize departmental meetings 
  • Develop meeting agendas and follow up on meeting outcomes
  • Assist in business development initiatives
  • Provide support during client meetings
  • Liaise between clients and carriers 
  • Create and distribute client deliverables 
  • Create email templates 
  • Track clients and organize files 
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints 
  • Provide information about products and services 
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions 
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients 
  • Comfortable presenting to groups in boardroom meeting settings 
  • Effective prioritization and multitasking skills 
  • Positive and professional demeanor 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Willingness to obtain a relevant license within six months of hire 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Outgoing personality 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
