As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication with clients, coordinating meetings, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring the timely delivery of client deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize departmental meetings
- Develop meeting agendas and follow up on meeting outcomes
- Assist in business development initiatives
- Provide support during client meetings
- Liaise between clients and carriers
- Create and distribute client deliverables
- Create email templates
- Track clients and organize files
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Comfortable presenting to groups in boardroom meeting settings
- Effective prioritization and multitasking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to obtain a relevant license within six months of hire
- Strong organizational skills
