As a Personal & Commercial Lines Producer, you will have the opportunity to self-generate prospects, establish strong relationships, consult on business, and close deals.
Job Responsibilities
- Self-generate prospects and establish credibility
- Network and build strong relationships
- Consult on business and close deals
- Communicate and cross-sell, creating opportunities for and receiving leads for other departments
Qualifications
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (can come from a captive agency)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with an interest in selling B2B Small Commercial & Personal lines
- Knowledge of vertical markets/industries such as healthcare, construction, software/technology, finance, real estate, auto dealerships, auto shops, and retail
- Experience in commercial lines, preferably as a generalist (not trucking, workers comp, or benefits)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
