Job Responsibilities
- Manage a book of standard/preferred and high net worth clients, handling their personal lines insurance needs.
- Conduct pre-renewal meetings and consult with clients on policy changes and risk management.
- Process paperwork, administer policies, and work closely with insurance carriers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and requests promptly.
- Take ownership of client accounts and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager in the insurance industry.
- Active insurance license.
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carriers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage a book of clients, and meet deadlines.
