Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of standard/preferred and high net worth clients, handling their personal lines insurance needs.
  • Conduct pre-renewal meetings and consult with clients on policy changes and risk management.
  • Process paperwork, administer policies, and work closely with insurance carriers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Take ownership of client accounts and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager in the insurance industry.
  • Active insurance license.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carriers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a book of clients, and meet deadlines.
