Our client, a leading provider of commercial, group benefits, and personal lines insurance, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will provide inside customer service, service existing customer requests, and assist the Sales Executive with quoting new business.
Job Responsibilities
- Prequalify and analyze prospects’ coverage needs
- Gather information to prepare quotes and proposals to clients
- Review current client coverages and recommend updates as needed
- Process renewals and remarket, as needed
- Assist clients with making coverage changes and complete service requests
- Handle direct billed payments and billing questions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager
- Current OR State Property and Casualty license
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
