Job Responsibilities
  • Offer indispensable support to the customer, Account Manager, and Internal Sales staff concerning Commercial Insurance business operations.
  • Diligently complete the Assistant Account Manager portion of the Pre-renewal process, ensuring all aspects are handled timely and accurately.
  • Generate Certificates and Evidences of Property with a keen eye for detail.
  • Process simple policy changes, gradually taking on more complex policy alterations as training progresses.
  • Handle both moneyed and non-moneyed policy endorsements with precision.
  • Embark on special projects as needed or requested, showcasing your ability to adapt and contribute across various tasks.
  • Manage documents meticulously for both carriers and insureds, ensuring organized and accessible records.
  • Engage with insureds via phone & email, providing clear, courteous, and informative communication.
  • Must be licensed in Property & Casualty.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, experience with AMS360 is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
