Our client, a reputable provider of employee retirement benefits, is currently seeking a talented Regional VP to join their team in San Diego, CA. They specialize in delivering high-quality retirement benefit solutions to small and mid-sized companies, ensuring their clients have access to the best possible options for their employees. As the Regional VP, you will play a crucial role in implementing sales campaigns, training and developing staff, and overseeing operations in your region.
In this position, you will be responsible for meeting regional marketing objectives and ensuring the success of your team. You will work closely with regional office staff, providing training and development in areas such as product knowledge, market development, sales, and the contact manager system (CMS). Additionally, you will oversee operations, personnel, compliance-related issues, and the regional budget.
Regional VP Job Responsibilities
- Implement sales campaigns to meet regional marketing objectives

Qualifications
- Must hold Series 6, 63, and life & health licenses
- 8-15 years of experience in the industry
- Solid sales background with a proven track record
- Previous mentorship or leadership experience
- Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
