The Benefits Producer is expected to lead from the front, generating their own prospects and closing deals to contribute to the company’s growth and success. This role is designed for a driven individual who thrives in both an inside and outside sales environment.
- Generate your own prospects through cold calling, door knocking, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Set appointments and consult with prospective clients to assess their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Close your own deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Report to the office daily for a blended inside and outside sales role.
- Dedicate one hour daily to stay updated with industry trends, healthcare insights, and new sales strategies & tactics for appointment setting, winning business, and pipeline management.
- Must possess a current WA Life & Health License.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Benefits Producer.
- Strong B2B business development skills.
- No job hoppers, as our client values long-term commitment.
- Familiarity with Sandler Sales techniques is a plus.
