Our client, a leading Group Benefits Broker, is seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist to join their team. Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Utilize Ben Admin technology to assist clients with enrollment, claims, and data management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to facilitate benefits enrollment processing and generate employee benefit packages.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot EDI discrepancy reports, ensuring accuracy and resolution.
  • Assist with Employee Navigator updates for open enrollment and provide customer assistance.
  • Create benefit proposals tailored to clients’ unique requirements.
  • Proactively identify products and services to meet client needs, offering valuable solutions.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional client service and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources and Benefits administration (licensing not required).
  • Proficiency in Employee Navigator and MS Excel, with the ability to navigate systems and learn new software.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
