Job Responsibilities
- Generate your own prospects through networking, relationship building, and utilizing existing pipelines.
- Consult with businesses on benefits solutions, establishing credibility and trust.
- Bring your own book of business or create a business plan outlining existing relationships, centers of influence, and target markets.
- Enjoy the freedom to write Fully, Level, or Self-funded business as it fits your client needs.
- Commission splits are 35% for both new business and renewal business.
- Actively stay updated on industry trends and market developments to offer top-notch service.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits Producing, specifically selling GROUP Benefits with an independent broker.
- Must either have a book of business that can be transitioned or a solid business plan with outlined targets.
- A thorough understanding of Employee Benefits, with no need for additional training.
- Proven ability to prospect and build sustainable client relationships.
- Stability in career path and commitment to long-term growth (no job hoppers).
