They are on the hunt for a Benefits Producer with the ability to not only generate their own prospects but also establish credibility and build strong, lasting relationships. Job Responsibilities
- Generate your own prospects through networking and other relationship-building activities.
- Establish credibility and foster strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Consult with businesses to identify their insurance needs and close deals independently.
- Create and manage a book of business that you own and can broker of record/transition with you.
- Prepare a detailed business plan outlining existing relationships, centers of influence, and target markets.
- Meet an annual quota of $100-150K in Business Commission.
- Utilize company-provided resources such as an Arisa attorney, Employee Navigator, client training, and Benefits Marketing services to bolster sales efforts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Benefits Production is required.
- No job hopping; candidates should not have more than 2 jobs in the last 10 years.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
