Our client, a national brokerage with over 115 locations in the US, is seeking a Benefits Managing Producer to join their team in either Everett or Tacoma, WA.
Job Responsibilities
- Generating own prospects through networking and establishing strong relationships
- Consulting on business and closing own deals
- Managing a team of sales reps or benefits producers
- Coaching and teaching different types of funding
- Actively cross-selling and communicating with other departments
- Cold calling, prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing deals in B2B space
- Leading and ultimately taking over the Benefits practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling group benefits
- Experience managing a team of sales reps or benefits producers
- Experience coaching and mentoring sales reps
- Ability to cold call, prospect, manage a pipeline, and close deals in small & mid-market spaces
Compensation for this role is DOE and will be customized to the successful candidate, including the potential for overrides and ownership/equity.
