Our client’s company specializes in providing Group Benefits, Individual Benefits & Medicare, Commercial & Personal Lines of Insurance services. Currently, they are seeking to fill the position of Group Benefits Account Manager. This role involves overseeing the full renewal process for various accounts and ensuring a seamless benefits administration experience for clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal process for 200 Fully Funded House accounts with 2-20 lives, including setting pre-renewal meetings, policy review, obtaining estimates & quotes, negotiating with carriers, and making presentations.
- Oversee clients’ benefits administration experience, ensuring accurate data entry with Benefits Navigator and Eaze.
- Upsell ancillary services and earn a 2% bonus monthly based on the size of the book of business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Group Benefits experience from an independent broker background.
- Proficiency in plan review, obtaining estimates & quotes, negotiating with carriers, and conducting presentations.
- Must reside within an hour of the office and be open to a hybrid work model.
