Our client, a leading brokerage, is currently seeking a Tribal Commercial Account Manager to join their team. With a strong focus on Employee Benefits, Commercial, and Personal Lines of Insurance, our client specializes in various sectors including Trucking, Transportation, Marine, Real Estate, Healthcare, and more.
As an independent profit center, each office operates with its own President/Leadership, providing a dynamic and empowering work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer service support for Tribal Commercial Lines clients
- Issue necessary documentation such as certificates of insurance and auto insurance ID cards
- Complete applications, negotiate with underwriters, and prepare business proposals
- Resolve policy and coverage concerns for clients, insurance carriers, and producers
- Educate clients on coverages, cross-sell, and upsell for enhanced protection
- Assist with training and Worker’s Compensation Analytical Reports as requested
- Ensure timely transaction of Agency Billed Policy adhering to company protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Commercial lines experience within an independent agency
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Possession of WA State Licenses
- Familiarity with AMS 360 / ImageRight
- Designations such as ACSR, CIC, CPCU, CISR (Preferred)
