Location: Remote – Somewhere in WA

Our client is a local, family run business, established in the 80s, doing business on a National Scale; They are a full service shop with 4 divisions, Personal, Commercial, Group Benefits and as a broker specializing in niche business. They have been used to being nimble, and have a strong, structured internal communications & resources that have allowed them to thrive as a fully remote broker for years (prior the pandemic).

They are growing by both acquisition and by hunting for business. This position is a Sales Executive / Producer role. Your target clients would be small and medium size commercial business. They do lots of main street business, Contractors, Restaurants, Bars, and Commercial Real Estate, Apartments, Condos, Student Housing, Retail, Manufacturers, Professional Services (Legal, Financial, etc), Transportation, as well as Distributors of all sorts.

An ideal candidate would at least 2+ years in the insurance industry, ideally in Outside Sales, whether that’s with a captive or independent agency, this is a sales and prospecting role, the focus is on 100% on bringing in new clients.

Compensation is competitive starting between $50-120K depending on experience, ultimately, what they offer is an attractive new business and renewal splits and employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K Benefits.

There a strong team in operations, account management, analysts, sales and marketing managers to help you not only create an attractive marketing campaigns, but also ensure that the business you work hard to create will be retained by experienced staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate your own leads, prospect for business
  • Close your own deals
  • Advise / consult with a wide variety of custom services

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Licenses
  • Generates your own leads in a B2B environment
  • Experience prospecting vertical markets
  • Consultative sales experience
