In this role, you will be responsible for marketing to, soliciting, and servicing middle-market clients. As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to grow and maintain a book of business. This role provides the flexibility to cross-sell from existing commercial accounts or independently prospect new clients. We seek candidates with a proven track record in insurance production who are eager to build strong client relationships and demonstrate long-term commitment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain middle-market clients in personal, commercial, and group benefits lines.
- Solicit and service a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Build and grow a book of business through strategic cross-selling and proactive prospecting.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer, with a focus on mid-market clients.
- Proven track record of building and growing a successful book of business.
- Strong marketing and sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
