Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to provide general service to their Commercial Insurance clients. They are committed to a supportive culture and atmosphere, and value life work balance.
The successful candidate will establish productive working relationships with clients, establish and track goals for production, and enhance the insurance agency reputation. To be considered for this position, you must be licensed (broker experience is preferred, but our client can and will train). You must also have software knowledge of Epic.
This role involves processing endorsements, making changes to policies, issuing certificates of insurance, and answering policy questions. You will also be responsible for processing renewals of accounts, including Agency Billed E&S policies, handling rewrites and re-marketing activities, writing new business accounts, and cross-selling current clients.
Commercial Account Manager Job Responsibilities
