Our client’s company specializes in providing commercial, group benefits, and personal lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Benefits Producer/Sales Executive to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to work out of either the Portland or Vancouver office and requires a self-motivated individual who can generate their own prospects, establish strong relationships, and close deals.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking and establishing credibility in the industry.
- Consult with clients on their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close deals and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence and target markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a successful and respected Commercial or Benefits producer.
- Experience working in an independent broker/agency or direct writer setting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, group benefits, and personal lines of insurance.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
